The apartment at “civico/street no. 13” can be accessed by the lawn overlooking both the valley and Marmora Church. This is a split-level apartment. The first level includes a large living area with a contemporary fitted kitchen with electric cooktop, fridge, sink and dishes. The second level mezzanine is accessible through a wooden staircase: here is the sleeping area where up to 5 people can be accommodated. A large window overlooking the entire valley characterizes this area. Here are a comfortable double bed, or alternatively two single beds, an adult-sized bunk bed and a single bed. A wood-burning stove is available for heating the apartment, as well as a comfortable bathroom with shower and hot water.
