The elevated position of the apartment, from the small terrace opposite the entrance, offers a view of Marmora Valley peaks, such as “Col Intersile”, “la Bianca”, “Rocca la Meja”, along with a dense larch tree forest. Inside, the apartment is characterized by a distinctive room division on three levels, all accessible by fixed wooden ladders. The lower level includes the living area, a contemporary fitted kitchen with electric cooktop, fridge, sink and dishes, and a comfortable bathroom with shower and hot water. The small stone stairs leads to a wooden mezzanine floor where the sleeping area is located, here are a double bed and an adult-sized bunk bed. A wooden ladder gives access to the second characteristic mezzanine, where two single beds are placed. A wood-burning stove is available for heating the apartment.
