The apartment at “civico/street no. 8” can be reached crossing the small hamlet, by going up the steps leading to the second level of the stone porch, located south of the house. The elevated position of the apartment from the balcony, offers a view of Col d’Esischie peaks and a dense larch tree forest. This is a split-level apartment. The first level includes a large living area with a contemporary fitted kitchen with electric cooktop, fridge, sink and dishes. The second level mezzanine is accessible through a wooden staircase: here is the sleeping area where up to 5 people can be accommodated. A large window overlooking the entire valley characterizes this area. Here are a comfortable double bed, or alternatively two single beds, an adult-sized bunk bed and a single bed. A wood-burning stove is available for heating the apartment, as well as a comfortable bathroom with shower and hot water.
